Wow! There is a whole galaxy of information within the world of coffee, and I've never even scratched the surface. I am ashamed to admit I worked as a coffee roaster for a year, and almost everything you mentioned in this post is completely new information to me. In my defense, I haven't studied much about coffee agriculture, but I do enjoy a good cup of coffee.
