I remember years and years ago the promise of marijuana legalization making me think high-grade would finally be affordable to the masses, and unfortunately that dream still hasn't fleshed out. I think we can only say ganja is legal when even those working a full-time job at minimum wage can afford to smoke.
I was in Colorado when they first legalized medical many moons ago, and I got one of the first cards, but the prices at the sole dispensary in Colorado were too expensive, so I continued to buy from the black market same as before. Funny now roughly 20 years later most of my Colorado friends have still never set foot in a dispensary due to ridiculous prices.
