The client is a manufacturer of automated mobile plants for concrete, cold asphalt, and recycling, serving the entire American continent – from Argentina up to Canada, including North America (USA, Canada), Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, and South America. They are seeking a dedicated Post-Sales Technical Support Engineer to support their growing operations across this extensive region.
About the Role:
As a Post-Sales Technical Support Engineer, you'll be the primary technical expert for our client's B2B customers and distributor network throughout the American continent. This 100% remote position offers exceptional autonomy and the chance to be a key player in a significant growth market. Key Accountabilities:
Customer & Distributor Technical Success (Americas): Serve as the primary technical liaison for key B2B customers and the distributor network across the American continent. Ensure total customer satisfaction through proactive communication, expert technical guidance, and efficient resolution of inquiries.
Advanced Field Support & Solutions: Deliver expert on-site and remote technical support for the company's specialized automated mobile concrete mixing and recycling plants. Lead advanced troubleshooting for mechanical, electronic, and hydraulic systems, ensuring minimal operational downtime and optimal equipment performance.
Value-Added Services & Training: Oversee equipment installation and commissioning processes. Deliver high-impact technical training programs to empower distributor teams and end-users. Proactively identify opportunities for service enhancements, spare parts, and upgrades.
