She is not trying to smile to please anybody. Her face says "I know who I am." The cap, the earring, the jacket it shows a woman who can be fine and still be strong at the same time.
You also tell another story: You can be classy even with simple things. One blue biro, one red biro, one old notebook,
you created a boss lady.
