Thoughtful Remembrances | LET'S MAKE A COLLAGE: ROUND #121
For this week's Let's Make a Collage ("LMAC") contest, my collage will again center around a landscaped, wooded area photo. With this image, I was inspired to create two themes. I like to delve into fantasy, so my thoughts are in that direction.
To create the settings, I started with the photograph provided by @shaka in his contest post: Let's Make a Collage - A Contest for All Creatives on Hive - Round 121 - ✨192 HIVE in the Prize Pool!

COLLAGE #1: Lady At The River
My first theme portrays a young girl who is mystified by a woman she finds in the water. The woman is surrounded by magical beings who seem happy to be her presence. To create the collage, I utilized a free image as the fantasy lady in the water. With enhancements to her image, I was able to achieve the serene look I required. I then uploaded all images into Canva to blend the scene.

COLLAGE #2: Fond Memories
For this theme, I wanted to create a woman who lives in a rural area. Perhaps farm life is a bit slow, so to entertain herself, she conjured up comical situations. One such situation involved her literally losing her head. She has fond memories of the people she knows. For fun, she examines each person in an abstract sense picturing them at different times in her life. She also sees herself in an alien, comical way. I feel that the ability to laugh at yourself in any given situation is key to maintaining your sanity.
