Hello @giapel86. You are correct in that yes, the internet has sold us a wooden nickel...a bill of goods that will never bring us any closer to perfection because it's a lie. The illusion that all is well on the other side keeps us from realizing our own potential. Trying to be like someone else and losing ourselves in the process.
