Hello @dimdu. Really good advice not to shoulder all the responsibilities and ask for help. Delegating some tasks I feel helps other family members feel they are contributing by allowing you to relax and not get stressed. I like when you say:

"I didn't know what I was signing up for until I tasted adult life and saw the level of stress that comes with it."

I think all children want to rush to adulthood not realizing the responsibilities and stress that comes along with managing being an adult. It's truly a wake up call.
