Hello @blessworld. What a lovely story of Naana's wish. It reminds me of the Bible verse to ask and you shall receive. There is always someone who hears our wishes when spoken aloud. And He who hears them when spoken silently causes others to act on our behalf. Someone will step forward if we are diligent in our desire and prayers. I have a a feeling that his mother also prayed for a bicycle for the family.

A heartwarming story of family love and faith. I applaud Papa Jaja stepping in after Friday ridiculed and embarrassed Naana for being poor. I've experienced this feeling, and it's devastating to one's self-esteem and worth.

There is another saying too...one person's trash is another person's treasure. So true in this case. Everytime I want to discard an item, I think whether someone else can possibly get some use out of it.
