Hello @blessworld. Society values and uplifts individuals based on certain criteria; educational advancement being one of them. But that is not the only path to achieving ones goals and dreams. Not everyone is suited or has the desire to attend higher education for whatever reason.

Through perseverance individuals can achieve a level of success. However, to successfully own and operate a business one has to hire others with the educational knowledge to assist the business operations in areas the owner has no knowledge, such as accounting, advertising, etc.
