Wherever I go, I feel like the fish are always following me. I mean, in many places I've been there's always been a fish pond there. I feel this is my luck as an angler.
Here are photos of the fish ponds at night at two family restaurants that I visited with my family this week.
I really like the atmosphere of the fish pond at night because it feels more alive with the lights and reflections of light on the surface of the pond. It becomes very enjoyable, you will enjoy your dinner while looking at the pond full of light and the fish swimming to and fro.
The first is The Kembang Restaurant. In this restaurant there is a very large fish pond. But, I didn't see many fish swimming there, I couldn't even aim at them properly so I can share them here, I guess because the pond is too wide. Restaurant diners can walk around the pool in one lap before their food is served on the table.
The manager here gives a "touch" of light to beautify their large fish pond. Around the pool there are lights that line up neatly and illuminate the entire side of the pool. I was lucky to get help from the manager there, he was willing to turn off some of the lights where I was standing ready to shoot so that my photos were not disturbed by the bright lights, I am very grateful to him. In one part, a photo spot is also made for restaurant visitors. He also explained with a smile that there used to be two waterwheels in the middle of this pool, but since 2 months ago they were moved by the restaurant management due to operational reasons. So, here I don't see fountains or other ornaments that are usually placed to beautify fish ponds.
The second is The Lembur Kuring Restaurant. The fish pond at this restaurant is not too wide, but the fish that are there are already large, dominated by Koi fish and carp. The Overtime Kuring Manager makes seven artificial fountains that come out of the pool walls made of natural stone. There are also several stone statues of a woman holding an urn that also emits a fountain. The sound of the water gurgling feels very serene and makes the atmosphere around the restaurant pleasant.
I'm sure, some of you will also consider the convenience and facilities offered by a restaurant, not only about the delicious food they serve, right?
