Thanks, thats a good idea. The press is a vintage press, really sweet piece of machinery. The solids are either composted or given to pigs. Nothing is added to the cider to preserve it. I have 5 gallons

Thanks, I'm out of the brewing game, used to brew beer and cider. That shot was from my friends house. We pressed 105 gallons of cider last weekend from apples on their land!!! Thanks for the tips. Learning
