Ok I 50% win ratio is getting better and yes it's a numbers game. Your healer kept you in the game I suspect and the Peacebringer is one of the most powerful white cards at level 1.
In fact anything that does 2 damage at level 1 games is a certain starter.
But try leading with the Silvershield Paladin as a solid tank card (first card) That combined with a healer is hard to get through.
Then attack from the back with a feral spirit if you have one.
