In Korea, we have lunar new year holiday and all family have a time together in that period evev if we do not live close or together.
Most of peopel visit their hometown to meet their parents or relatives. Same for me, myself, my sister and her husband also son of them came our hometown to meet our mother.
Fortunately, we live in the city that Pyeongchang olympic game held. My sister suggested to see one of the game with all family. My mother didn't want it though due to the condition of her body.
We decided to see speed skating men's 10000m game. Because Korean player "Lee seunghoon" is in the list. We very excited about to see.
In my life, I missed already 2002 Worldcup due to the army duty for Korean men. I was in the army at that time so I totally emphasize it would be very difficult to have this kind of chance again in our life.
There are many events except the olympic game. Those official sponsors held sub events for people. We were so excited but the weather getting cold.
Official product store. Actually we could find small shop in the game arena so you do not need to wait in the line if you do not have much time. Myself also bought some stuff middle of the game at break time.
I never watch speed skating in person. When I enter into the stadium I felt I am really excited more than I expected.
It was very modernized and clean.
There are six pairs of game and we totally enjoyed until Korean player Mr. Lee was leader of the game.
Even if he didn't get medal but he recorded new Korean record and personal.
Winner of the game was Canadian player and we congratulated him for his fantastic play.
For me, it was great moment that I was in the part of game and I cannot forget this experience in my life.
If you stay in Korea, please try one even if not easy to get the ticket.
