Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts, and let him return to the Lord, who will have mercy on him. Isaiah 55: 7
You can not have victory, as long as the problem is the most important thing in your life.
I learned some years ago, when I was facing economic difficulties and difficulty in getting a good job. After having had good employment for many years. So much was the worry that I spent nights thinking about where I would go the next day to look for a job and what chance would I have of obtaining it.
And most of the jobs that were presented to me by press and internet ads were sales that I did not like, so I discarded them. Until one day after three long years, God sends me the job, in a company in the Sales area, which had never interested me that kind of work. This time accept and develop in this company in the area of wholesale and retail for 3 years. After 3 years I ended up creating a similar company in the sales area and it is currently where I work.
At that moment God made me understand something I had never seen but "You can not serve God and riches at the same time. That's why I say: Do not worry about your life. Matthew 6: 24-25
Therefore, he says to leave our thoughts, and by the word take the thoughts of God. 2 Corinthians 10: 5 tells us to tear down arguments and all haughtiness that rises against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to obedience to Christ.
Do you want freedom from your problems today? Then stop serving them! Do not let them consume your life. Do not wait until circumstances change to do so. Instead, understand that circumstances will never change until you change the wrong thoughts for the right thoughts. I know that is not easy to do, especially in the midst of trials and dense darkness. But you can if you do these three things.
First: Remember that you are not alone, you have the word (the thoughts of God). He has the Holy Spirit that strengthens him and has the mind of Christ.
Second: Approach people who are full of faith. Instead of reviewing your problem, let them talk, be willing to listen. Join their faith and resist the darkness.
Third: Praise God, do whatever is necessary to praise. When you begin to praise, the presence of God will reject those thoughts of worry and make you fall! Your problems are not more important in your life, Jesus is. Serve with your thoughts and he will set you free!
God bless you greatly
