"Teach us in such a way to count our days, that we bring to the heart wisdom." (Psalm 90:12)
If we really had the wisdom that we presume to have, we would not make so many mistakes with our body, we would learn to feed ourselves and take care of ourselves in such a way that we would not expose ourselves in those places that represent a danger to our physical security and we would not commit imprudence that leaves a balance negative to our life.
This is a symptom of the immaturity to which we are subjected and the folly of believing that the impetus and strength of youth will never end. With the passage of time all people age, but very few mature. That is the reason why we are living fewer years than God had stipulated that man should live.
We need your wisdom in order to live sensibly without causing harm to us or to those around us. There are two ways of living: Wisely or foolishly, there is no middle ground. Surely you want to live wisely. For God to teach us to live, we have to be willing to learn.
How can we bring wisdom to our life? The answer is simple but sometimes difficult to accept. Recognizing the sovereignty of God and seeking his direction before acting. Applying the principles of his word in each area of our life. Learning from the successes and the mistakes. Surrounding us with people I knew. These are his instructions to live wisely for many years.
This is the great challenge of your life, to submit to the will of God and to fulfill his commandments, ordinances and decrees, this is the way to develop wisdom in our way of living, so that we and those around us may be blessed.
The challenge is not to convert to a religion, the real challenge is to submit to the will of God and put his word to work.
I challenge you to seek that wisdom, show that you are the one who decides in your life the things you do and see if and you can submit to the will of God by your own decision, if you succeed you will have shown that you have self-control and deserve the prosperity he has received from God. Seek wisdom of God before acting put practice the principles of his word beyond your opinion and your own opinion and I assure you that he will live wisely many years on this earth.
Develop humility in your life, be a permanent student, knowing that when you stop learning you also stop growing.
