Without realizing that saying those words and with that attitude of reproach are rejecting your son; And this does not help at all, on the contrary, the boys react with rebellion because they do not feel loved. (It does not mean that you can not be noticed, but with a LOVE DOSE).
We usually ask God for a change "angry and without conviction" for one who we consider to be doing something wrong, and we do not realize our error. Faced with this situation, it is appropriate to sit down and review what is wrong, we should not criticize our children (much less in public), the upbringing of the children is the responsibility of the parents, and we should be a model to teach them; then the review must be done to us, what are we doing wrong? What are we failing ?.
God can give us answers, even when we have failed and we have done wrong to our loved ones. He does not pay according to our sins. We only need with humility of heart to recognize our sins, repent (change the wrong way of doing things), and recognize that He is God above all things. Today is the day we learn to cry out and ask God for help in the name of his beloved son Jesus; He with all his love gives us the blessing that the Holy Spirit will correct us, guide and teach us to raise his inheritance that are our children. Our creator loves us so much that he will correct us.
