If you want to be a winner, you must have a service attitude. With which naturally inspires and motivates others to follow him.
Know your life purpose, that is, discover the reason for your existence through a true relationship with GOD. He reveals the internal power that he has carried since his creation. With dexterity and mentality of change, provides anticipated solutions to situations that may occur along the path of your life.
As a leader you must share your vision with the group you lead, and thus motivate other people to follow you. It is necessary to differentiate between being respected or falling well, knowing that performance is more important than popularity.
There are two basic principles that the LORD JESUS CHRIST instilled in his disciples. The Heart of Servant and the Way of thinking. Although it seems a bit strange, since those times, I teach to exercise leadership based on the ability to serve and change paradigms. Achieving establish an effective leadership model that remains in time.
Servant Heart (Servant Person): A servant is one who invests his life to serve others in love. When you serve, you are saying to the Lord (thanks for everything you have done for me). Serving should be a passion, when you do what you are passionate about, it will always make a difference in people, and the results will be eternal. Serve people or people with all your heart and leave your personal ambitions aside. Exalt GOD in everything and everything. And then God will exalt you. Matthew. 10: 42-45 (But Jesus called them and said to them, "You know that those who are considered rulers of the nations lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them." But it will not be so among you, but the one who wants to be. Great among you shall be your servant, and whoever of you wants to be first shall be a servant of all, because the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve to give life as a ransom for many.
Way of Thinking (Change of mentality): How you think like this will act and treat others. You need to change the wrong mentalities, and adapt to new ways of thinking that will lead you to be better in everything you do. Renew the wrong mental structures of the world and open your mind to receive new thoughts that will improve your self-esteem, your family relationship and your relationship with GOD. Ephesians 4: 22-24 (Regarding the past way of life, cast off the old man, who is vitiated by deceitful desires, and renew in the spirit of your mind and put on the new man, created according to GOD in righteousness and holiness of truth).
If you want to be an EFFECTIVE LEADER, and be remembered as someone great in your nation, congregation organization, family or others, have a SERVICE attitude and change your MENTALITY.
