K -12 started last year wherein every quarter in school we are having recognition to recognize student's hardsworks and achievements.
Why recognize?
To recognize one’s efforts is more highly valued than money. Even for a simple reward like certificate it mean a lot on the part of the achievers. Imagine the great effects on an ordinary student who is recognized for simply doing his or her best. It may elevate the level of self-confidence, a sense of accomplishment, competence,responsibilities and respect among the peer group. Such a feeling of achievement may carry forward throughout their lives and surely perform well in everything that they do.
