How epic is that waterfall we found?! When I saw it I was like…there’s no way I’m leaving here without climbing up to it!
The reason we were trying to get out of there with the high tide just starting up was because we had all of our camera gear with us and couldn’t afford getting it all soaked. We checked the water levels for the day, and the tide was supposed to rise over a meter in the first 45 minutes. Needless to say, when we got busy filming and lost track of time until we saw the water level rising quick, we realized we had to make a move. Especially since we were about a full kilometer from the actual entrance of the beach, since we’d ventured over a bunch of rocks to get further out along the coast.
BUT. All that still didn’t matter when we saw this waterfall haha. It was so epic.
Anyway, we made it back to the car with all our camera gear intact, and got to witness an absolutely epic sunrise with no one else around.
Gotta love adventures like that!
