This is not your run of the mill smooth, Velveeta-type mac-n-cheese. It's sticky, cheesy, mouth watering, rich, Cheddar delight! I ALWAYS use Cavatappi noodles. Their corkscrew shape is perfect for picking up all the cheese you can get. So good you'll wish you weren't too full for seconds...;)
Serve as the main dish w/green beans or as a side to meatloaf, porch chops or favorite dish.
