I recently went to Havana. I had to pick up some packages at a friend's company. I arrived very early and my order was due to arrive after midday. So they made me wait in a small hotel that the company I went to has. The place is in Miramar, Havana, Cuba. The balcony where I was sitting overlooked the swimming pool and the waves were breaking on its wall. This day the sea was very rough. The waves were splashing up to my face. It was not even possible to get into the pool. A strong wind came with salt, sand and water. But it was a beautiful sight. It combined the blue of the sea and the sky with the yellow stones of the walls. It is a very striking place. I imagine it is a delight to swim in the pool when everything is calm.
