Buenas soy Julio un nuevo integrante de esta comunidad de hive y quiero publicar mi primer post sobre esta grandiosa serie de Netflix, la cual me dejo atrapado desde el primero momento que la vi. Ya que no es la típica serie donde está el mismo drama adolescente que nos vende Netflix en la mayoría de sus entregas.

Hello, I'm Julio, a new member of this hive community and I want to publish my first post about this great Netflix series, which left me trapped from the first moment I saw it. Since it is not the typical series where the same teenage drama is that Netflix sells us in most of its deliveries.

Si esperas mas dramas adolescentes que carecen de lógica con problemas de alcohol, mucho sexo. Donde los protagonistas son interpretados por personas mayores intentando encajar en unos libretos que claramente no son para ellos y nunca debieron hacerlo por no saber interpretarlo ESTA SERIE NO ES PARA TI.

If you expect more teen dramas that lack logic with alcohol problems, lots of sex. Where the protagonists are played by older people trying to fit into scripts that are clearly not for them and should never have done so because they did not know how to interpret it. THIS SERIES IS NOT FOR YOU.

La serie está ambientada en los años ochenta en el pueblo ficticio de Hawkins, donde sucesos paranormales ocurren y aterrorizan a esta comunidad, y unos chicos juntos a su nueva amiga la cual tiene poderes extraordinarios, serán los únicos que puedan parar estos eventos sobrenaturales y darle una relativa paz a este pueblo de Hawkins. Esta serie tiene cuatro temporadas, las cuales están disponibles en Netflix, y aunque me quedo un sabor agridulce (la dividieron en dos partes la cuarta temporada) con respecto a esta temporada debo decir que es una muy buena serie, está todavía no finaliza y aunque ya va por su cuarta temporada todavía falta la parte final donde veremos la culminación en la parte 2.

The series is set in the eighties in the fictional town of Hawkins, where paranormal events occur and terrorize this community, and some boys together with their new friend who has extraordinary powers, will be the only ones who can stop these supernatural events and give her relative peace to this town of Hawkins.
This series has four seasons, which are available on Netflix, and although I am left with a bittersweet taste (the fourth season was divided into two parts) regarding this season I must say that it is a very good series, it is still not over and although It is already in its fourth season, the final part is still missing where we will see the culmination in part 2.

Stranger Things: es una serie donde podremos ver como van evolucionando los personajes y van cambiando conforme van sucediendo acontecimientos importantes en la vida, si bien es cierto que no se escapa de algunos dramas adolescentes estos le dan mas desarrollo a sus personajes y no se enfrascan ni se vuelve lenta la narrativa, pues según mi opinión todo sucede a su tiempo, lo cual en comparación a otras series de Netflix donde todo sucede en los últimos dos capítulos aquí veremos un desarrollo coherente de la trama.

Stranger Things: it is a series where we can see how the characters evolve and change as important events in life take place, although it is true that it does not escape some adolescent dramas, they give their characters more development and do not get involved nor does the narrative slow down, because in my opinion everything happens in its own time, which compared to other Netflix series where everything happens in the last two chapters here we will see a coherent development of the plot.

Una de las cosas las cuales me atrajo mucho de esta cuarta temporada al verla por primera vez y confirmar todo al verla por segunda vez, realmente está ambientada en casos reales de los años ochenta donde las personas eran bastantes ingenuas (no digo que hoy por hoy no lo sean), y culpaban a Dungeons & Dragons ( en este caso hablando de la serie y la vida real) un popular juego de mesa donde el objetivo es erradicar el mal y luchar en equipo (con otros jugadores), estuve investigando sobre este juego (ya que solo lo jugué una vez en una convención de anime) y me pareció bastante parecidos a otros juegos que hoy por hoy los vemos en otras franquicias.

One of the things that attracted me a lot to this fourth season when I saw it for the first time and confirmed everything when I saw it for the second time, it really is set in real cases from the eighties where people were quite naive (I'm not saying that today they are not), and they blamed Dungeons & Dragons (in this case talking about the series and real life) a popular board game where the objective is to eradicate evil and fight as a team (with other players), I was researching about this game (since I only played it once in an anime convention) and it seemed quite similar to other games that we see today in other franchises.

En la serie vemos que un chico que pertenece a un grupo de personas (dentro de los cuales están los protagonistas) es culpado de un asesinato, al verse superado por la situación huye refugiándose en el bosque. Este es culpado por la comunidad de Hawkins por ser el principal sospechoso y mas tarde por pertenecer a un club que jugaba Dungeons & Dragons.

In the series we see that a boy who belongs to a group of people (among which are the protagonists) is blamed for a murder, when he is overcome by the situation he flees taking refuge in the forest. This is blamed by the community of Hawkins for being the main suspect and later for belonging to a club that played Dungeons & Dragons.

Escena para poner en contexto al espectador sobre en que momento estaba situada esta cuarta temporada y darle lógica al escándalo público sobre este chico.

Casos similares pasaban en EEUU donde una serie de acontecimientos desafortunados hacía que las personas culparan al juego de ser satanista y hacer aparecer conductas violentas y “satanistas” en las personas que jugaban Dungeons & Dragons.

Similar cases happened in the US where a series of unfortunate events led people to blame the game for being Satanist and make violent and "Satanist" behavior appear in people who played Dungeons & Dragons.

Pues siempre juegan con el espectador y cuando vi que once le iba a pegar nunca pensé que fuera hacerlo. Ya que alguien de sus amigos vendría y lo evitaría.

Una serie que recomiendo y le doy una puntación 10/10 no solo por un buen argumento, buen desarrollo de la historia. También por ser novedosa y diferente a la demás serie de Netflix que he visto. Y aunque en su género tenga la categoría “adolescentes” esta no se enfrasca solo en eso. Contempla todos los aspectos de sus géneros y la hace atractiva al público en general.

A series that I recommend and I give it a score of 10/10 not only for a good plot, good development of the story. Also for being new and different from the other Netflix series I've seen. And although in its genre it has the category "teenagers" it is not focused only on that. It contemplates all aspects of its genres and makes it attractive to the general public.
