Vegetables food.

This is my delicious food for today, this food is made up with oil, tomato, and green vegetables leaves, which is called sikuma wiki[ kale] i was really enjoyed this food. Many a times i like to eat pure vegetables because pure vegetables have more vitamins
i do to engage our community that they should eat more vegetables in their daily living much very important.
