What a shady exchange, I was also charged on Kucoin when I tried to move my alt that was about to be delisted. I couldn't move them in the end because the fee was more than my coins. And they cost me about $20 when I originally bought them at the wrong time. My learning curve, but your's sounds even more of a concern. I will avoid those guys.
Besides that, where does this put PRE, price and value-wise overall? I have the browser and am accumulating PRE I think, as I search.
