The Julia Programming Language

Julia is an open source programming language that offers a tool for performing data science and machine learning activities. It is design to be high performance and efficient compiler for multiple platforms via LLVM. In addition, it has a good support of data types and type declaration to have a solid and clear programs.

As stated earlier, Julia ecosystem supports scripting for data science and analytics, machine learning and parallel computing. So, Julia excels primarily on high efficient numerical computing. Its syntaxes are good for scientific and mathematical coding.

Lastly, Julia is free to use. It has different set of editors and IDEs such as JUNO, Visual Studio, Jupyter and etcs.You can download it through its official website, julialang.org.

For developers, you can make Julia better by contributing through its Github repository, JuliaLang/julia.
