Metro Manila and the 4 surrounding provinces of Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal are under GCQ (General Community Quarantine) from March 22 up to April 4. This "bubble" is intended to prevent infected people from getting in or out, hopefully to prevent the spread of the disease.
