Our Members must understand that we do this focused on a common goal.

This extra % is not to fatten anyone's pockets, what we want is to increase our VP and not depend on external whales, since, from one moment to the next, we could be without their support, which would negatively affect everyone's effort.

We should also feel privileged that we are an "exclusive group" who will make this effort. This 50% request is not extended to all PH members, it is only for the "elite".

Then we would be carrying the weight of growing the PH so that everyone else benefits. This would make us a kind of foundational pillar of the project. Of which we should be proud.

For this, a feeling of belonging to Project Hope must be developed. If You don't have that feeling, then You won't be willing to work for it.

This is the main idea.

It is a long-term investment (1 year is long term, right?)
What we seek is to give our project independence. Always thanking all the collaborators that we have had so far, but we need to become independent.

We can achieve this with internal work, that is, placing 50/50. This is something very internal to our project.
This will not be understood by any member, unless they have that feeling of belonging that I told you about.

The benefit will be for everyone in general, once the goal of one million HP is reached. Meanwhile, we will be working hard to get there.

Final Thoughs
Project Hope is developing, we are constantly growing and evolving, so we are still far from reaching what we really want to be.

"We have a long way to go and we want you to walk it with us."

Would you dare?
