The process is not difficult. You can make the account in https://blocktrades.us/ and for that you need a minimum of 6.1 HIVE (I paid with 20 HIVE because the difference in the payment to create the account is put in it as HIVE power and so it already has a little). And to follow my votes I did it with https://hive.vote/ where you can create your own curation trial and make the new account follow your votes and make it follow other trails votes as well.
