Observing together two authentic archetypes, such as bees and water lilies or lotus flowers, not only implies a true plea for beauty, but also something much more important: an opportunity to hope.

Hope, of course, that Nature, always wise and generous, still, despite the irreversible damage that we are inflicting, still shows itself capable of pampering us and trying to move us.

And she does it, with eminently subtle messages, exposing us to elements, such as the intelligent and necessary bees, without whose presence and without whose extraordinary pollination work, the world, of course, would cease to be as comfortable as we apparently think.

For this reason, seeing the industriousness of a bee pollinating a true archetype of beauty and balance -Yin Yang, the Chinese would say- as it is, I repeat, the water lily or lotus flower, makes me optimistic, producing a moving omen that it encourages me to think that there is still hope and time for a world that seems doomed to madness.
