Unlike swans, which in addition to being monogamous, could be considered their older relatives, geese tend to be more outgoing and preferred to flock life.
But they are also very selective animals, when it comes to choosing the corners where to carry out their daily cleaning and ablutions.
And in fact, they could also be described as rebels and animals very devoted to games, as shown by one of the geese in this series of photographs, which seems enthusiastic playing with a simple branch that it found half submerged in the pond.
Which goes to show, after all, that not because they are animals, they must necessarily lack sensitivity and emotions, which many times we judge to be unique to human beings.
