My Actifit Report Card: September 19 2024

So another quite active report for the books. It was a beautiful daƴ in Kentucky. Perfectly clear skies and high in the low 80s so I was glad to get out side and spend some time outdoors. I rode the ebike to a doctors appointment (and yes i was actually peddling i swear). It was only a couple miles but worked up a good sweat. Also the doctor took a look at my blood work and said the couple liver categories that had been high on the previous test were trending down and just a tad outside the normal range so that was great news to hear as we've been a little worried bout my liver enzymes from the abnormaly high readings in previous test. But all in all everything looked good and I had actually lost 11 pounds since the last visit a few month back.
