It was gorgeous out there today for the most part it wasnt that hot temperature wise. I started the morning by knocking out a bunch of Push-ups when i woke up. Then i took walk round the neighberhood for a bit. After it cooled down some i wanted to také the the whip to get washed down and vacuum the carpets. Got home made a pot pie for dinner and made sure to drink plenty of water. Watched some fireworks for a lil bit then Did some more push-ups before bed.
