Another decent day outside, actually didn't feel that bad in the sun tbh. I went walking with daisy two times today she was waiting to stop and sniff everything around the neighborhood so we wasn't making that much ground lol. I got some reps in with the pull up bar then i got a couple sets of push-ups in. The wrapped the day up by doing a little cleaning of the house, mostly vacuuming the carpets and sweeping/mopping the kitchen tile. Wasn't my most active day by far but glad to get atleast 5k so I'm not mad.. peace out ✌️
