Just another great sunny day outside. Took the pup jogging around the block a couple times. She was wearing me out but we had fun and it racked me up some steps. I had a appointment at the hospital to do a ultrasound on my liver because my blood work came back and my enzyme count was a little elevated. Other than that I did couple sets with the ol shakewieght too bad that doesn't register steps towards my count or I would have had over 10k.
