Was less active today than normal because I had to go to the ER last night. They ran some blood test and ultrasound, and ct scan. I Got released at 6:30am and it was felt really good outside so I walked halfway home by the time my ride got there to pick me up. Took the dog around the block a couple times and that was pretty much it.
