‘Lago de Maracaibo’ (2002) was the last Public Art Installation Soto gave to the city, allowing people to feel and swim the essence of their beloved city lake (located just across the street you see at the end of the #video).

Lake Maracaibo (Lago de #Maracaibo) is one of the largest in South America and the muse for tons of art and music in the local culture.
