Sorry to hear some are banned from the community, I am absolutely new in this platform and trying to learn the system. At first without thinking anything I have posted few pictures. Actually I was not aware of the posting rules or procedures. hopefully those might not hamper others, but things are not about hampering others but to achieve something. So I think your advice will e very helpful for newbies like me.
