Welcome dear heroes travelers of the internet and thank you very much for making a temporary stop in my post, for the few who do not know I am a lover of superheroes in general, I give a chance to everything that contains humans with amazing abilities, that is why I really wanted the series of "Invincible" since everything that apparently exposes sounds interesting. Without more to add put on your suits and get ready to save people because we are about to start.

Invincible was released in 2021 on Amazon Prime Video, based on the comic of the same name created by Robert Kirkman, Cory Walker and Ryan Ottley, directed by Robert Kirkman and produced by Skybound, currently has 1 season of 8 episodes of an average of 45 minutes in length each. It is a story of action and superheroes, it focuses on Mark Grayson a teenager who is apparently normal but who is the son of the strongest hero on the planet called Omni-man, after turning 17 Mark's powers are manifested so his father begins to instruct him both to learn to control them and so that he can be a good hero, although sooner rather than later you will realize that it is a darker and more traumatic job than you thought.

The soundtrack is very pleasant, from the first moment it is established as an ideal accompaniment for the different events that the plot poses.
The animation is very remarkable, it presents a very pleasant style that fits very well, it is fluid and quite detailed being something that comes very well in the face of combat; it is necessary to highlight how graphic it is by showing exaggerated amounts of blood and viscera making them look completely disgusting as they have to be.

The construction of the world is pleasant, it poses a context in which the heroes are highly acclaimed and even necessary to be able to maintain tranquility in the city, being that the government of the country sponsors them since it considers them a fundamental element for society. It is also necessary to highlight the fact that the world it establishes is sensitive to the different events that take place being a remarkable feature because it causes the setting to feel plausible.
The plot is tarnished with a good serious touch and not only because it shows scenes with generous amounts of blood, but because it raises the concept of a new hero adapting to his new obligations being that they are very different from what he had thought at first; to this is added the fact that he is the son of a great and recognized hero so this will add a dose of support and pressure in equal parts. From the first chapter it presents an interesting plot twist which is gradually revealed as the plot progresses, being that the narrative focuses in a good way on this fact to give it a meaning throughout the chapters. The combats and the different conflicts they expose are very entertaining making you not feel bored any moment of the series.

The characters are the strongest point of the series, many of these have in their lives different drawbacks that may or may not be related to their heroic work giving them a life outside their disguises; hand in hand with the above is the fact that many of the characters have a good characterization that makes them have their own personality with their own objectives which makes them moderately interesting. The protagonist is the one who is the best exponent of the above mentioned, having doubts about himself, his ability to resolve conflicts and even questions his desire to be a hero by faltering in different missions due to his inexperience and seeing the consequences that his failures can entail; that vulnerability is very pleasant since it makes the protagonist perceived as a being with weaknesses who is wrong for his lack of skill, being that on more than one occasion this plays against him making him an even more remarkable character.
The villain is a middle ground, has positive and negative points, his background is something generic, however the effort made by the rest of the individuals to discover him is what gives him that touch of relevance, thus leaving a flat villain but that despite this manages to feel imposing and frightens due to the capabilities and powers he possesses. I have to highlight other characters who do not have powers and do not turn out to be boring such as Cecil, Debbie and William who despite everything manage to be pleasant and have relevance in the plot.

Invincible is a series of heroes that seeks to establish plausible individuals who have more to offer than just being heroes, being also that normal people manage to constitute an important element and feel relevant throughout their chapters. That is why it deserves a rating of 4 stars out of 7, a good series that in its first season exposes many interesting things which leave the ground paved for a second season to have the possibility of shining.
