STEEM ran from under $2 to over $9 in less than a week immediately after BTC peaked at $20k and started retracing. Just about every coin within the Top 300 saw a similar move and at the same time. It was very clearly billions moving out of bitcoin and into altcoins (mostly irregardless of tech or potential).
