I'm not a fan of Fire Splinter, but after reading your post, it makes me wonder whether I should start building one. I already have few of the monsters from Chaos Legion and a level 4 Tarsa, so I guess going for the full build like you suggest won't hurt either.

The only issue holding me back in building a Fire deck is the price of Yodin Zaku (even rental price is high). Well Tarsa is good but I cannot maximize ranged and magic if I only have Tarsa.
