i guess its part of the capitalist society which there is nothing wrong with as such. People only charge what people will pay, but housing being a necessity it makes it more prone to abuse. Supply demand being a huge issue as well. It just exposes the entire financial system for what it is, a house of cards, a complete scam. If and when house prices return to their fair value, ie a pile of bricks so much wealth will be evaporated, and all that blood sweat and tears that paid for it all got washed away. Which is what the whole game is about, expelling the energy out of a working mans life, having him chasing paper and wanting more. The system already front run his entire life and sold it on the stock market for a fix me up now loan anyway. He plays the game and is much more obedient to the system that way. Its a genius design and the entire system is built on debt. Ill have it now and pay for it later. They had the print press for so long and crypto has come along and put the printing press in the hands of the people. What do you think is going to happen? thats right 8 percent inflation and soaring. whats the reason, covid, the war yah yah yah. No its the system and they are excuses.
