If i was you id probably just walk or bike ride my way to the border until my feet bled or i was shot. Either your soldiers surrender as fast as possible, (i hope this doesn't happen) but if you have no chance against Russia its un avoidable. If your country is capable of a real fight for a prolonged time id just get out ASAP or join the fight..
