The Applicant, Andrew Hamilton, has received these settlement offers from the Respondents and is making them public to the class members pursuant to clause 3.17 of JPB Liberty’s conflict management policy.
This clause also provides:
"Where at least 30 Other Funded Persons indicate they want external legal advice on whether the settlement offer should be be made or accepted, JPB Liberty will appoint lawyers to advise the applicant on this."
