As I understand it @blocktrades and others filed legal proceedings in the US to get the Steem back. These proceedings are ongoing.

Hive-Engine SUFB tokens have now been issued to accounts which held 5 or more SUFB tokens on Steem-Engine on 12 March 2020. Remaining 60 or so accounts with 4 or less SUFB tokens will have their Hive-Engine
