Projects that receive delegations shall conduct themselves with the highest regard for the Steem blockchain and its community. They shall not in any way abuse their position or their delegated stake in a way that causes net harm to the blockchain.

Sounds quite ideal, abuse sounds vague. I hope you find a good way to decide which projects to delegate.

Although I’m not a fan of the whole delegation system, I think it’s about time to change the way you delegate to dapps, if delegation system has to be kept. Especially with 50/50 reward split post HF21, as the dapps with huge delegation normally get hugest curation rewards.
