Today I have two things to share. First: an adult cat literally followed me to my apartment… and well, I decided to let her stay for now to see how things go. She was a little dirty, so I bought a special shampoo to bathe her. I prepared everything to make the environment as calm as possible: lukewarm water, no shower (I used a bucket to avoid the noise), I started with a damp cloth and little by little I managed to bathe her completely. She tried to walk away a couple of times, but she wasn't rough and didn't scratch me. In the end, everything turned out fine, she was clean, and she spent the rest of the day sleeping. The strangest thing is that she acts as if she's always lived here with me… she follows me everywhere.

Hoy tengo dos cosas que contar. La primera: una gata adulta literalmente me siguió hasta mi departamento… y bueno, decidí dejarla quedarse por ahora para ver cómo se desarrolla todo. Estaba un poco sucia, así que compré un shampoo especial para bañarla. Preparé todo para que el ambiente fuera lo más tranquilo posible: agua tibia, nada de ducha (usé un balde para evitar el ruido), empecé con un trapo húmedo y poco a poco logré bañarla completa. Intentó escaparse caminando un par de veces, pero no fue ruda ni me rasguñó. Al final, todo salió bien, quedó aseada y pasó el resto del día durmiendo. Lo más curioso es que actúa como si siempre hubiera vivido aquí conmigo… me sigue a todos lados.

Second: I hadn't had tequeños in ages. I went to the supermarket to get sand and a sandbox, and I stumbled upon this delicious treat in one of the freezers, and obviously I had to get some. You can fry or bake them, but let's be honest, they're really best eaten fried. So I fried some a while ago, and I can confirm they're still amazing. Random day, but one of those that feels good.

La segunda: tenía tiempo sin comer tequeños. Fui al supermercado a buscar arena y un arenero, y me encontré con esa delicia en una de las congeladora y obviamente tuve que llevármelos. Puedes prepararlos fritos u horneados, pero seamos honestos, como realmente se comen es fritos. Así que hace rato me freí algunos y confirmo que siguen siendo espectaculares. Día random, pero de los que se sienten bien.
