It's just a few days before Christmas, yet do you feel it already!
Honestly, I didn't until I had a quick visit to the mall and saw these amazing decorations inside.
It's been a while since the last time I went to the mall; and was amazed by its splendor.
Early today, I was asked to run an errand in buying specialty papers for certificates to be distributed after a baaic fire seminar conducted in my workplace and also, to buy snacks for the participants.
At ten in the morning, sir Fonzy and I went to Puerto, CDO to buy our needs, thus I was able to visit a mall again.
The mall was fulled with Christmas decors from the entrance, to stairs, corners and ceilings, giving me the blissful, nostalgic, and exciting feeling about the coming Christmas.
When I was a kid, I used to be very excited about Christmas, but that turned off when I found that Santa isn't real, and reinders doesn't fly and that adults had to work hard for the gifts for the children.
I grew up and paid the bills, and sadly, I even see that Christmas is only addictional expenses. Parties here and there, gifts and presents and food, extra food.
Giving is good, that is when it's voluntary but see people in my place making gifts in Christmas compulsory. I mean I don't have problems with that but some people drown in debts just to give people what they want.
yet happiness one gives to peoples out of all those experiences are priceless!
I hope this Christmas, everyone will be wiser and know that not all people want material things: some need one's time and presence, one's ears to hear thier stories and one's eyes to see thier sadness. Being their is the best gift one could give, and it's irreplaceable.
So this Christmas, let's make it meery, genuinely happy with zero hatred to all the people around us.
Avance merry Christmas to all!
