Wow! Amazing for that place to have cacao gallery . I like cacao , when it ripe the seeds are very satisfying to sip.
My grandparents before during 80s had a lot cacao trees . Almost every week I went to the farm to look for ripe cacao . My Lola toasted the seeds to make Cacao Choco we called it "Tabliya " in Visayan term . It is very nice to drink cacao choco in the morning with bread as snack .
