Just flexing our simple 20th birthday celebration of our one and only daughter in the family , Honeyleh .
It was a simple birthday celebration for my daughterl yet enjoyable last October 13, 2026 . Even in mids of crisis , God is really a good provider to give us blessings of good health which is the most important of all , secondary is the financial blessing . This month , I have two birthday celebrants , first my daughter ,October 13 , and next will be my wife birthday on October 26. It is a double celebrations but it is not a abundant celebration due to financial crisis .
My daughter told me to have a simple celebration . What she wanted was to have a cake which is her favorite . So I gave here budget for a cake which was worth 500.

In the morning of October 10, me and my wife bought 2 live chickens , going to convenient store for spices and groceries and we went to market to buy kilos of pig meat and fish for grilling .
The most difficult part of my task was to slaughter the chicken . Ever since I dont want to kill chicken cause I felt pity. But I like to eat its meat especially chicken tinula . I told my father to kill the chicken for me . So it was first time clean the chicken and slaughter it , and took out its inside . My wife was the one to cook it . It was very nice called chicken Caldereta.
Then after my wife marinated the pork , I grilled it and the fish .
The dinner was a complete celebration with few visitors , sisters of my wife who love to have party with video karaoke . We had a lot of fun to sing along with moderate drink of wine . In my part , I dont mind how much I spent as long as I can give happiness to my daughter . She would realize how valuable she is in the family .
Celebration is complete if we have friends as visitors to celebrate with . This is a gesture of gratitude to thank to our Almighty God Jesus Christ for giving life and good health .
