Well, firstly it's important to mention just humans who're born again will get inherit to God's Kingdom (John 3:3) and the "baptism in the (Holy) Spirit" is necessary to born again and to be saved (1. Corinthians 12:13, Acts 11:1-18).
The second sort of baptism is the "baptism in water", which shows your obedient and loyality to the Lord. The bible explains nobody can "earn/deserve" his salvation through works, so you're saved through faith and God's Grace (Ephesians 2:8-9), but works are fruits/results of your salvation which happened before (Ephesians 2:10).
You see, when you to give your life Jesus Christ, the "baptism in the (Holy) Spirit" save you, not the other one, but when you're saved your wish to be baptized in water is a typical fruit/result of your salvation as other works too which God prepared for you and others who're redeemed.
The thief that is hang on the cross beside Jesus had no chance for baptism in water before he died, so he was saved without this through his faith, nevertheless it's better you show the world your obedient to the Lord when it's possible after your salvation, because this is important for your "limited life" in this existence.
